Hi, I'm Owada, the owner.

Hello! I'm Owada, the owner and manager of this ramen shop.
I've loved ramen ever since I was young,
and I've spent years traveling and tasting bowls from all over Japan.

During that journey, I became obsessed with creating a ramen
that you could eat every day without ever getting tired of it.

With the help and guidance of Tsutomu Iyama from Tokyo New Mixture Noodles — Yatagarasu CHIKARABO,
I was finally able to create the ultimate bowl that I’m proud to serve here.

Because I truly love ramen, I put my heart and soul into every single bowl I make.

The moment a customer takes a bite, smiles,
and says it’s delicious—that feeling brings me joy and motivation every day.


I also really enjoy talking with customers.

Since opening here in Kodenmacho,
I’ve been fortunate to receive warm support from
neighboring restaurants, locals, office workers, and visitors.
I may still be new to this area,
but I already feel incredibly grateful to be part of this community.
